Skillab was the hackathon connected to Cluj IT Cluster where my team built Skillab Radar, a project around skills, labour-market analytics, and AI-assisted insight.
The challenge was more product-oriented than most contests I join. We had to connect AI, data, and a useful idea in a way that made sense outside a pure coding contest.
